• Proof of residency-Residential Tax Bill, Lease of 6 months or more (notarized), or City of Hollywood Water Bill Resident Permit Requirement
• Proof of Employment in Hollywood (e.g., recent pay stub or notarized letter from employer).Employee Permit Requirement

Resident Meter Discount – Free

• Pay 50% less than the non-resident rate per hour at the parking meters and ParkMobile

City-Wide Resident Permit – $175/year

• Beach meters and garages
• Downtown permit areas

Beach Employee Permit – $30/month

• Valid in Nebraska Garage, Garfield Garage, Hollywood Beach Community Center Lots, and Summit Lot.

Downtown Employee Permit – $30/month

• Valid in University Station Garage, Taylor St Lot, Polk/Tyler Lot, Hollywood Blvd Lot, designated areas along the west side of 21st Avenue, and designated areas along both sides of 17th Avenue. Please see our Downtown Parking Map for more information.

Guest Monthly Permit – $110/month

• Beach meters and garages
• Downtown permit areas
